Refund policy


We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help! Please review our policy below before starting a return.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to return an item.*
After 30 days, we are no longer able to accept returns.

*Exceptions apply — see below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in perfect, unused, and resalable condition

  • Not be assembled — even partially (applies to items requiring assembly)

  • Be returned in the original packaging, in the same condition it was received

  • Include all original parts

  • Be returned within the timeframe confirmed in your return authorization

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for organizing and covering the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order included a free shipping promotion, a 20% restocking fee + tax will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be:

    • Sent back to you at your expense, OR

    • Refunded at 50% of the item’s value as store credit, OR

    • Donated to a local charity, and you’ll receive 25% of the item’s value as a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Pre-order items

  • Items purchased at 50% off or more

  • Items received for free through giveaways or collaborations

  • Items that have been partially or fully assembled

  • Gift Cards

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We are not able to offer exchanges at this moment. You may return your item by following our Return Policy and place a new order online.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
